Our medical referral service is designed to help patients gain access to the leading hospitals and physicians in Boston. We have established strong relationships with a wide network of specialists who are renowned for their expertise and compassion. With our guidance, you can confidently navigate the Boston healthcare system, knowing that you’re in capable hands.

Our accommodations provide a warm and welcoming environment where you and your family can find peace and community during your medical journey.

Our apartment building on Beacon Street offers eight spotless apartments thoughtfully designed to cater to your needs. We understand the importance of accessibility, which is why we have a wheelchair-accessible apartment available. 

Each apartment is equipped with modern amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You’ll find:

• Full kitchen with a stove, oven, and refrigerator
• Freezer stocked with easy and tasty meals
• Pantry stocked with shelf staples to make your stay easier
• Microwave oven 
• Cozy sofa and dinette set
• Coffee station 
• Hot plate/blech
• Humidifier for added comfort
• New Betty Crocker, upon request
  

Additionally, we have seven hospitality rooms available above Congregation Bais Pinchas.  Each room features fresh linens and towels and personal AC units to ensure your comfort. There is a shared bathroom on each floor, conveniently located for easy access.  Guests have direct access to refreshments and coffee in our fully stocked kitchen, and we work hard to ensure privacy and comfort for every person that stays with ROFEH. 

We understand that traveling for medical treatment can be overwhelming, which is why we strive to make the process easier for you. Our team of volunteers is committed to providing reliable transportation options that meet your needs. We happily make hundreds of trips annually to Logan Airport, train stations, hospitals, and medical centers.

Our meals service is designed to provide visitors with delicious, easy, pre-packaged heat-and-eat kosher meals, along with pantry goods and fresh Cholov Yisrael dairy items. In addition to weekday provisions, we cook and deliver fresh Shabbos meals weekly to give our guests a taste of home.

Our respite care service aims to lighten the physical and emotional load for family members spending days, weeks, and even months at a loved one’s bedside. ROFEH offers these individuals and families accommodations where they can relax and recharge, as well as volunteers to relieve them at the hospital while they do so.

Medical treatments and extended stays can be especially challenging for children and their young siblings. That’s why we offer a wide range of games and toys for children of all ages, in the hope that their time in Boston will be filled with moments of joy. 

Our dedicated team at ROFEH has carefully curated a collection of games and toys to cater to children’s diverse interests and preferences. Whether they are toddlers or teenagers, we have something for everyone. From interactive board games to age-appropriate puzzles, we provide a variety of options to keep your children engaged and entertained.

Upon request, ROFEH has a portable DVD player to lend out with a kosher selection of child and adult entertainment, including Uncle Moshe, The Twins from France, and the Chofetz Chaim Heritage Foundation collection.

Medical treatment can be an emotionally draining experience. That’s why we are dedicated to providing recreational activities for patients and their families who come to Boston for care. Our goal is to bring a sense of joy, hope, and community during what can be some of the darkest moments of their lives.  Activities include holiday programming, outings around Boston, and fun workshops for patients and their families.

ROFEH is pleased to offer on-demand kosher services at local area hospitals.  We are currently maintaining spaces at BCH and BIDMC, but are making ongoing efforts to expand to other area hospitals.
